 WORKOUTS - Register and sign in to class through PushPress to receive credit for your workouts.

SOCIAL MEDIA-Everyday earn the chance to make points by taking a photo and tagging us in the photo! (Photos can be of you working out, post or pre-workout, if you don’t want to in the photos then of your weights, gloves, etc. Creativity is encouraged!)

FOOD LOGS - Log your daily meals in MyFitnessPal for daily points.

Total Body Comp Changes - Final points are scored by POSITIVE progress in the following categories:

- Body Fat % (lost)

- Muscle % (gained)

- 10 points for each 1 point of visceral fat lost 

Example:

If Athlete #1 loses 5% body fat and gains 5% muscle, at the end of the challenge they will earn 10 points for their team. If they have a starting visceral fat reading of 8 and drop to 7, they will gain an additional 10 points, earning a total of 20 points for their team.
