Muay-Thai

The art of 8 limbs, those 8 limbs are fist, elbows, knees and shins. Muay-Thai is the national sport of Thailand and is known for it’s dynamic elbows and devastating knees. Muay-Thai focuses on body conditioning and explosive power. Members learn how to use Thai pads, combination building, and plyometric work-outs.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport. Open to ages 14 and older, the classes work on proper technique, and bag work with a focus on fitness and technique. Classes consist of footwork, mitt work, cardio conditioning, and bag work. Advanced classes are available for those looking to take there skill set to the next level and compete in kickboxing or MMA.
