Practical Self Defense

Krav Maga is a dynamic training method which uses techniques from kickboxing, karate and jiu jitsu. There are three base types of Krav Maga: Military, Civilian and Law Enforcement. Krav Maga is not a martial art, it is a training style that uses techniques from established martial art systems and explores the practical uses for the techniques. This includes:

  • Knife defense

  • Gun defense

  • Multiple person situation

  • Hostage

  • Active Shooter

Women’s Self Defense

Krav Maga is highly popular amongst woman. The techniques are fast, effective, and easy to learn. Because of the dynamic nature of the training it is also a great way of getting in shape. The head instructor was a rape prevention instructor for 10 years and an award winning self-defense instructor.

Krav Maga will also teach you skills specializing in may fields such as:
